an gentle hatha yoga class, open to all abilities. we begin and end with meditation to ease us into practice.

find us at Cafe Lucaya, 22 Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1BH- enter via the doors of Tower Building and turn right. drinks will be available to purchase after the session, but the cafe will be closed.

please note that the front door will be locked once class starts. in the event you arrive late, don’t stress- if you knock on the fire exit located on Tower Gardens I can let you in. alternatively, give me a message and I'll come fetch you :)
